Experienced Principals Development Programme
The Ministry of Education has contracted eTime to develop and facilitate a programme for experienced Canterbury primary school principals. The goal is to 'develop the capability of experienced principals to lead change to create the conditions for effective teaching and learning for every student'.

This project runs from July 2009 through to December 2010. Twenty principals are participating in the programme. As part of the programme they are:
developing their skills and abilities to lead change resulting in improved teaching and learning;
reviewing their school programmes to identify elements that require improvement, especially related to student learning;
working collaboratively with other principals in problem-solving situations;
sharing information, supporting others and taking lead where appropriate;
providing leadership to other principals.
