Literacy Development

eTime supports schools to review and develop their Literacy programmes, ensuring that they are consistent with MOE guidelines and the revised curriculum. A range of professional development services can be provided through staff meetings, part or whole-day workshops, in-class modelling and parent education evenings. These are tailored to the particular needs of each school and include:

Creation of a school-wide Literacy programme;
Support for planning;
Creation of a school-wide assessment map, including tools and strategies, data collection and analysis;
Library development;
In-class modelling.
Development of assessment practices including assessment for learning (using the data to inform teaching and
learning), and assessment for deep understanding (aligning desired outcomes, evidence and teaching strategies);
