	Monday 22 March 2010 Party! This week the word party took on many different meanings as we researched and discussed some extremely diverse celebrations from both literature and history. We started with the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party from Alice in Wonderland, and made up our own nonsensical fruit to add to their array of tea party food. Others of us investigated the story of the Trojans and the wooden horse left behind by the Greeks as a farewell gift. We discovered that it was not at all the gift they thought it was! Other scholars chose to research the history behind the Boston Tea Party. Today’s exemplar is by Fergus. It is a nonsensical fruit, created by manipulating images in Photoshop.
